2021 Gio Dallas X Jed FINALE

Defense on top of defense and then with more defense sprinkled by starting pitching. Your two newest additions accumulated for 21 defensive runs saved, a historic metric. Not only could these two flash the leather, they could swing the stick. Old man Lowrie made sure everyone know he isn’t done yet, swiping a grand total of five bases. Totaling 42 home runs, it was one of the best pairs of free agents a general manager could dream of bringing into their franchise. Unfortunately, Christian Yelich suffered a torn ACL in the final two weeks of the season, resulting in chaos in the clubhouse. Veterans Lowrie and Gonzalez did their best to rally the troops, but the baseball gods were not in their favor. The mayhem turned to errors, and the bats couldn’t get going. The 2021 Brewers fell short to the New York Mets in the NLCS. A remarkable beginning of your hopefully lengthy tenure in Milwaukee, you collected two World Series titles, three division titles, and two NLCS titles, as well as signing a pair of gold glovers in Pillar and Bogaerts. You brought home the Commissioner’s trophy for the first time in franchise history, immortalizing your name in Miller Park. Congratulations on your feat. For such a tall resume, we award you with your position as General Manager for the 2022 Milwaukee Brewers! You have won back your job, so congratulations to that. Again, we appreciate you taking your time on this project to read all the way through. Thanks for your support!

Eddie Hardiman

Hi my name is Eddie Hardiman, I am currently a senior at St. John’s Prep High School. I cover the Athletics, Red Sox, and Brewers. I have always been a Red Sox fan growing up just north of Boston, but with Moneyball being my all time favorite movie and my good friend being from Wisconsin, the two other teams have quickly grown on me the last few years. Outside of writing I am a left handed pitcher with a mean 2 seamer. Shoutout velocity doesn’t matter crew. I have never had a writing job before, so I am thrilled to be working at DD. My favorite stat is that Greg Maddux faced 20,421 batters during his career and only 310 saw a 3-0 count. 177 of those were intentional walks. One fun fact about me is that I will beat anyone in Madden or MLB the show as I when I’m not playing baseball, I really am playing baseball. My twitter handle is @eddieh427 , so don’t be afraid to be my 155th (impressive right) follower.
